Installing lirc on OS X via macports

For some reason, the patch discussed in #41498 as shown here was not comletely used on OS X Mountain Lion. Especially the compiler.blacklist-append *clang* was missing¹⁾. It was included by

port edit lirc

After this²⁾,

sudo port build lirc

started by installing llvm first.

To be exact, comparing with an older Portfile from Snow Leopard seems to indicate, that this part was undone later

In some cases, there is a strange dependency on the JAVA environment, which leads to hangups if port is not used with sudo but in a root shell
